Tom assists our clients with real estate purchase and sales; commercial and agricultural leasing, including vineyard leases, easements, winery and general real estate development; contract matters; business and real estate disputes; and general business counsel. Tom also handles buyer-only real estate broker representation in agricultural, commercial and select residential transactions.
