Kevin’s practice areas include estate planning and estate and trust administration for high-net-worth families, as well as drafting gift and estate tax returns. His recent work includes helping shepherd hundreds of millions of dollars of assets through the estate and trust administration process, overturning a tax bill of over half a million dollars, and helping avoid the increase of fees and costs associated with debt-laden estates. He has represented clients at levels ranging from state administrative hearings for individual clients to federal court class action litigation and many levels and settings in between.
