Bart assists our clients in their business and real property transactional matters. In business matters, he handles company formation, maintenance, and disposition of privately-held corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures. He also handles their various business agreements, along with corporate governance, policies and procedures; administrative and regulatory compliance; confidentiality and nondisclosure issues; sales, licensing, marketing, merchandising, distribution and trademark issues; and risk management, insurance issues, and requirements. In real estate matters, Bart assists with agricultural, commercial, and residential purchases/sales, leases, secured loans, transactions affecting real property title. For over 20 years, Bart represented clients in civil and probate court at both the state and federal levels, including at trial and on appeal.
