Kristen joined Deka in 2015 after a decade-long career as a litigator. She is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Her practice areas include estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianships and conservatorships. Kristen has represented clients in probate, civil and criminal courts at both the state and federal levels, experience she brings to serving clients whose estate or trust matters require court intervention. Kristen uses her extensive experience and knowledge of the law to clearly explain complex estate planning matters so that her clients can make informed decisions.
